The Digital Wedding Package is perfect if you would prefer to receive all of your images in digital format rather in an album.  Package Includes photography services and the transfer of digital images.

  • $250.00 per hour of coverage (minimum 2 hours)

All Day Coverage

Photographers time begins a maximum of 2 hours prior to wedding ceremony, unless otherwise specified.

Enlargement prints may be chosen from Engagement, Bridal or Ceremony proofs.

Two parent hard bound printed albums 12-inches wide and 9-inches with up to 200 images or two parent albums with 24 matted 5x7 enlargements. Additional hard bound table books for family members $395.00 each

Payment terms:  A $500.00 non refundable deposit will secure our services for you wedding day.  The Balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.

Additional Album Pages $25.00.

Additional prints can be ordered by family and friends at the individual print price. Reprint and Enlargement Prices.

Travel charges will apply to any wedding exceeding an 80 mile radius of our location. The charge will be based on the distance and the wedding package.

Wedding albums can be purchased for parents at an additional charge.

Digital Proofing

Proofless digital images come on CD or DVD and have a 12 week expiration date. Once the CD expires there will be an additional charge of $75.00 to acquire a duplicate.

Digital proofs will be provided through a CD proofing system and/or we will upload them to the internet. You have the luxury of taking the CD / DVD home and viewing your proofs with family and friends or you can give them a guest ID to view and order pictures over our secure internet proofing site.

Digital Files

Wedding day digital files may be purchased for an additional fee of $500 for any wedding package. Purchased digital files will be made available to the wedding couple after all processing for the wedding package has been completed (generally, within 30 days after final preparation of enlargement albums and other deliverables to the wedding couple). If wedding day digital files are purchased, the option also exists for purchase of bridal and engagement digital files at $100. per set.  All wedding - related digital files represent a separate purchase item.

  • Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to ALL orders, including session fees.

  • All session fees must be paid in advance to hold your appointment date. No refunds will be given for session fees if appointment is cancelled.

  • Half of the payment is due at the time your order is placed. The total balance is due at the time of pick-up of your order. No part of any order will be released without full payment.

  • Payments can be made in cash or check made payable to: T Rex Photography.  A $25.00 charge will be applied for returned checks.

  • Basic retouching can be done for an additional $30 per pose. Specialized retouching will be an additional charge.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Please allow 3 weeks to view proofs and 4-6 weeks for your final order to be completed.

  • For orders that require shipping, an additional fee will be applied.

  • If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 24 hour notice of cancellation would be appreciated. Otherwise a $50 cancellation fee may be charged.

  • NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to copy or reproduce any photographs taken by T Rex Photography in ANY manner without written permission from T Rex Photography.  Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
